Support for couples feeling stuck or overwhelmed. We'll identify the stories & roadblocks interfering with your connection, helping you use existing strengths to navigate transitions, rebuild intimacy, and rediscover a shared sense of direction.

Non-Monogamy

Working with individuals & partners to navigate the complexities of non-monogamy, manage feelings like jealousy or overwhelm, build secure connections, and create relationship agreements that align with your actual values.

Infidelity Counselling

Support after an affair or betrayal. Whether you've been betrayed, had the affair, or facing this as a couple, I help you manage the moment of crisis, understand what happened and decide what comes next.

Millennial. Eldest of three. The one who gets called when tech stops working. And as a polyamorous, black man, I understand what it means to feel out of place.

I'm both a nerd for all things relationships, and a qualified counsellor based in Birmingham, with a passion for helping individuals, couples & non-monogamous partners navigate their personal relationship journeys.

I can support you either online or in-person, and my aim is to help you move towards clarity - whether that's figuring out how to accommodate each other's needs, negotiating relationship agreements, or working through the shock & trauma of infidelity.

Fees

Individual Session = £60

Couple Session = £90

Multi-Partner Session = £40 per person

All sessions are 60 minutes.
