£60 for individual counselling. ​£90 for couples counselling. If you'd like a multi-partner session, let me know and we can discuss the logistics.

Sessions last for 60 minutes. We will meet virtually using the Google Meet platform.

Presently I work on Monday & Tuesday evenings, and Saturday morning/afternoon. You can attend sessions weekly, fortnightly or monthly. I'm guided by what works for you. 

Yes, I offer a 30 minute call which we can use to figure out if we'll work well together. I'll ask some questions to get a basic understanding of your issues, and give you time to get the answers you need as well. There's no obligation to work with me at any point.

What's said in the room, stays in the room. There are some exceptions where I may have to share information with another service or professional, for example if required by law or if there's risk of harm to yourself or others. In those cases, I would seek your consent first where possible. If we decide to work together, confidentiality is covered in more detail in my counselling contract.
